Die Velowerkstatt von Enrico findest du gleich neben dem Café Noir an der Neugasse. Enrico ist die Ansprechsperson für alte Rennvelos. Er möbelt Modelle auf und verkauft sie dir für einen fairen Preis. In der Veloschmiede arbeiten «sympathische Jungs» – wie zwei verschiedene Quellen gegenüber Tsüri.ch bestätigten. Der Inhaber, Mikael Sottile, konnte seine Lehre zum Velomechaniker erst nach zweihundert Bewerbungen beginnen. Heute hat er sein eigenes Geschäft: die Veloschmiede. Der Velotto ist Nachbar des Helsinki und der Pizzeria Rosso und zudem der richtige Ort, falls du dir eine Gazelle (ein klassiches Hollandvelo) oder ein italienisches Damenvelo von Velo-Ce kaufen möchtest. Im Velotto findest du übrigens auch eine ansehnliche Auswahl an Veloaccessoires wie Schlösser und Klingeln.

Meo Bici musst du eventuell ein bisschen suchen, befindet sich die Werkstatt doch in einem Innenhof im Kreis 4. Bist du aber erstmal dort, findest du hier bestimmt die alten Campagnolo Bremsen, die schon lange nicht mehr produziert werden. Carmelo Meo hat Meo Bici bereits 1967 eröffnet – damals noch an der Dienerstrasse – und die Rennrad-Konstruktionen des Sizilianers erlangten in der Szene schnell Kultstatus.
